A phone call to Cell Doctor and Syed confirmed that they have the part in stock so I made a trip to his location from Vancouver airport. Within an hour, Syed replaced the cracked screen on an iPhone and the user later confirmed that his phone is fully functional. Going forward, I am recommending this franchise to all of my co-workers who need repair on their personal phones as well as all the company ones.

About a week later my phone wouldn't charge, I took it in and they had it up and running for me in under an hour and with tax they charged me less than what they originally told me it would be... Thanks cell doctor, you guys rock!
