Very unhappy with the service of this store. Unfriendly, unprofessional and borderline rude. Took my phone in to this store be repaired under warranty and it took a month to get my phone back. Called them multiple times during the month for them only to tell me it wasn't there yet and to call later. After calling fido costumer service and getting them to call the store they tell me it has been there the whole time and that they already called me to tell me it was at the store ready to be picked up. I never received a call. I won't be using this store again.

I went there to transfer my plan from mobilicity to fido. And I left to go to work and my phone did not work for the whole day that day. I could not go back to the store because they open at 11am and they close at 6:30pm and I work beyond those time so I have no phone conection for 3 days and you guys made me miss my work because of that. You guys gave me a defective Sim card. How could you not test the card before you gave it to your customers!

No attempt to make potential new customers feel welcomed. Sales rep was blunt and rude and told us to shop elsewhere after we asked about their price matching policies with other companies.

I would strongly recommend going to a different branch. In fact, the second thing the employee said to me was "maybe go to brentwood". I dropped my phone, it broke. So, I went to the closest fido store to sort it out. She said "we don't sell phones". Yes, that happened. She explained that I would have to re-sign a new contract. This isn't a problem for me. However, she still didn't want to help me. I am pretty sure I interrupted a personal call that she wanted to get back to. I went to a fido store in Victoria a year ago and replaced my broken phone very quickly. I am a little stunned by this.

Off-putting, unfriendly, not interested in helping kind of staff. I was worried the girl there had a head injury because she was so out of it she couldnt help me with anything. It Inspired me to pay my bill online. This is exactly why the customer service industry is being taken over by automation. I worry after that happens your employees wont find any other work ☹

My family had a great experience here today. The staff whose name I unfortunately did not get was very polite patient and helpful. Everything was done in a succinct and well explained manner. She was considerate enough with our request and tried her best to facilitate our on the spot demands. I expect when I phone back for confirmation of account I will be equally well treated. Thank you.

I wish I checked the reviews before taking the bus to come here to waste my time. I was told to go to a branch to transfer to Fido and verify with two pieces of ID, The sales representative girl there was completely uninterested in helping. And said we don’t do that - call costumer service. Abhorrently useless. Just went to Brentwood and they were more than happy to help.
