★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was contacted through FB Marketplace by someone running or operating these stores about a phones I had for sale with some minor issues, they asked me to drop the phone off to one of the stores. After calling into one of the commercial drive locations I gotta say, the experience was not pleasant. Neither of the employees seemed like they wanted anything to do with me, they didn't understand what I was there about (even though they'd apparently been told about me dropping the phone off) and in the end, in a very cold and borderline confrontational way I was told they didn't want the phone with a sense that I was after disrupting their time in some way. Wasted my time in an attempt to buy a second hand phone from FB marketplace that was clearly marked as having issues (by hoping they could flip it for a profit), I told the person inquiring it had issues and in the end I was told they didn't want it because it had issues. Poor experience all round.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped my phone and they repaired the screen. Not even a day and the screen is broken again. After going back & forth to the store for 3 days, they told me the problem wasnt the screen and asked me a couple of days to fix it.
Imagine my surprise when I found out they posted a fake 5 stars review with my google account. Shady as hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really hate to leave a bad review, especially when so many other reviewers have had good experiences, but I was a disappointed with the service I received.
I dropped my phone with an internally cracked screen off on Friday about 30 minutes before the store closed and was told to come back the next day later in the day. I was happy to do that and returned Saturday at 4:30 pm. The attendant wasn’t able to locate my phone, and once he did let me know it would still be 15 minutes until it was ready. I later heard them quoting someone 30 minutes to have their phone fixed so I was a little disappointed that I didn’t just bring my phone in Saturday morning and get the fast turn around. After 15 minutes in the back I got my phone back, and took it home to charge.
The screen is no longer cracked but I have millimetre thick bands of static on either side of my screen, and I’ve noticed the display has some slight visual glitches/occasional horizontal lines of static. I don’t know if this because it was a rush job to get it done, or if there were problems that weren’t diagnosed. Either way unfortunately I would not recommend coming here for a phone repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a fairly uncommon phone so it's not their fault getting the parts needed was slow, but communication about those delays was non-existent unless I chased them down, and not honest. (I kept being told the phone would be ready "tomorrow", and when I'd go back in 2-3 days later, it was still "tomorrow".) The tech they sourced the repair out to did replace my screen, but also broke two other things I'm going to have to pay someone else to fix. Probably great if you have a common phone with a common problem but I wouldn't recommend it for anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNING: Sort reviews by most recent and scroll through, there are tons of 5 star reviews with near identical text from accounts that have no other reviews EXCEPT for 5 star reviews of the other Fast Cell Repair locations. I believe they are manually inflating their own review ratings by creating burner accounts.
I had a mediocre experience at this location and I'd be willing to let it go, except that I hate to think other people think they're getting a 4.8 star experience.
To the owners: You clearly have customers who do like your services. Why are you hiding behind fake reviews instead of just letting people see the honest ratings you're being left
