★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband brings the car here for regular maintenance. He booked the wrong location online. It would have been a 2 hour wait. Manager said the Metro Town location was free. However my husband is used to dealing with a certain mechanic by the name of Aaron. Aaron has always treated him very well. Husband said no I'm sticking with this location. He rebooked.

When the motor died in my windshield wipers in the midst of a rainy spring week, they fit us in asap and replaced the motor just in time for us to make it to our appt on the North Shore. Thanks guys! You are the best!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my wife’s car in for a new battery and alternator. Aaron ( the Mgr) and his team had her car up and running very soon after dropping it off. When we brought it home, we discovered a problem with the original fix. However, Aaron fixed it in a very timely manner. Sadly, I’ve discovered another issuer with the fix but Aaron assured me that he’ll have that issue resolved as well and hopefully I won’t be charged. All-in-all, my neighbourhood Midas is well worth bringing your vehicle to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While driving on HWY 1 another motorist notified me that I had a low front tire. I took the first exit and luckily there was a gas station with an air pump. I filled the tire but could hear it leaking air. After a quick Google search I phoned Midas on Willingdon and Dawson. Even though they were super busy they said to bring it by. My tire was losing a lot of air and there was no way I would make it home.
After I arrived, I figured they would fit me in when they had time (which was OK by me). But to my surprise they put it in the shop right away! My tire was repaired in less than an hour! Wow. I am very grateful to Midas for their attentive service.
I highly recommend this location for their outstanding customer service. They exceeded my expectations, and the tire is as good as new. There are not a lot of businesses that would go out of their way like this to assist a brand new customer. Many thanks to the team at Midas and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicle there again -- these guys are the BEST! 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally had a miscommunication with the staff about pricing on a service done on my vehicle, but the manager reached out to me swiftly to solve the issue and to make it right. It is clear this owner/manager cares about his business and his priority is the satisfaction of his customers. I will be back and hope to have the same positive interaction I had with the manager today.
