I replaced my Dell Inspiron Ultrabook's damaged screen ... it was my first time doing anything like this regarding computers. I called ScreenCountry's customer service and the gentleman was extremely helpful and made sure that I was ordering the correct make of the replacement screen. I was surprised at the prompt delivery.
