β β β β β Facility was clean and good, so many variety of product, good price, staffs friendly and kind. This place is bigger than it appears on the picture. The one thing visitors supposed to consider is that bag pack is not allowed, so it supposed to be in cashier station. Everything was good.

β β β β β Great place frequented by the trades and 'Do It Yourselfers.' There is lots of selection and great deals on sale items. This is definitely a good alternative to Canadian Tire or Rona, Lowe's, etc. Free on site parking. Close to highway. #letsguide

β β β β β December 7,2020 - numerous employees helped me find the products we needed and it was great. Cashiers were cheery and a delight to interact with. All employees observed wearing masks appropriately and all covid safety precautions in place to protect customers.
(First review )Had a great experience when this company was out of respirators. They called and followed up numerous times to reach me and answered all my questions which enabled me to find the correct items needed for my project. All the cashiers are knowledgeable, kind, and super helpful. Thank you.

β β β β β It's amazing how fast a first impression can stick. Being brushed off over the phone and hearing a click without so much as a 'thank you' or 'good-bye' when you're struggling to find help with a tool just makes you want to crawl into a corner and die.
I've been told go to here by friends, and I am sure they provide good items when they have them, but I will probably always see the staff here as -holes no matter how many times I receive good service in the future.
