★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aziz and partner cleaned the vents and ducting in my home. They were professional and personable. They explained the process to family members who were concerned and put them at ease, used protective accessories to protect the walls and systematically worked their way through our home. A day later, the area experienced brown outs and power failures resulting in my furnace to malfunction. After unsuccessfully trouble shooting, I called Aziz whose expertise and patience talked me through an assisted-trouble shooting process and got my furnace working again.
When I offered to pay for the service, he declined payment noting that he was just happy the problem was resolved. Ian B

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essi did a great job installing our new boiler system. The quoted price was better than all the other ones we had too. After the install we had an issue with one of our old zone valves and he and his partner came to replace it and while they were here they even helped me install a new Thermostat. Great service and highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we found ourselves with a dead furnace on the coldest day of winter, Aziz and Essi from Maple Furnace helped replace our very old furnace. They were professional and skilled, gave me a summary of options and helped me choose the best product for my home (thankfully not the most expensive option either!). The job involved moving the water heater to fit the new furnace in a tight space. They went above and beyond and even installed a water shut off valve at the water heater. Wow, I recommend them! Excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My hot water tank had come to the end of its life suddenly and Aziz and his team came to my home at the last minute on Saturday to install a new tank, which he called around to get before the close of business on Saturday as he kept his promise to give me hot water for the weekend. Thanks Aziz for your commitment and promptness to help me out. Maple Furnace Heating installed by boiler 8 years ago and they have been the ones to perform annual checkups on my heater for all the years. I am very very happy with their service and I highly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a booked appointment on May 28, 10-11am (I scheduled this appointment on May 9) and on May 26 at 8:36pm I sent them an email confirming our agreed schedule on May 28.
To my surprise, a certain Helen replied to me that she did not finalized my booking. She then asked me if I'm available the following week. I told her to forget it. Very unprofessional.
You can't refute me on this matter. I still kept our email exchanges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the years Maple Furnace has helped us through some cold winters by fixing our furnace and boiler issues. Essi usually is the first point of contact, he’s very responsive even on the Saturday I called and came out to do an initial diagnosis that same day. Essi is friendly, professional, and upfront about each job. A few weeks ago Essi and his partners at Maple Furnace did a very thorough job to replace a broken pump and other maintenances at a short notice, and I’m so thankful to have heat in the house again! They are easy to work with, fairly priced, and just an honest business. Overall I’m very happy with their services, highly recommend them to all home owners!

I went with Maple Furnace because they were the most responsive, most competitively priced and worked with me the best to find the right boiler for my needs. And their install was excellent. They went above and beyond putting in equipment and doing little extras that were value added. The installers were very nice and considerate of our home and did an excellent job cleaning up and taking away the old boiler. They also provided everything I needed to get the Fortis rebate I was eligible for. I highly recommend Maple Furnace for your HVAC needs.
