★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unimpressed with most recent service. Called twice in 10 days asking for re certification on extinguishers and ansul fire safety system. Was promised the need would be passed on to their Vancouver Island Counterpart and here we are about to fail an i election because they still have NOT even called emailed or anything else. Used to always be so efficient. I am guessing a change in management or something. Come.on Acme give us the great service we always had till now. As a Safety Manager it's essential to me that we can trust the companies we work with to do their parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really nice company. I was supposed to pick up one of our extinguishers after Acme serviced it for me but I didn't stop by for more than a month. We had a smaller one as backup in the meantime but I was having trouble finding time to go and pick up our larger extinguisher.
Called them up and asked them if they still had it on hand; they said they'd drop it off for me free of charge! Not sure if that's a regular service they provide or not but they definitely helped me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They've serviced our building for many years. Service has been progressively worse over the years. Most recently we've had a fire panel failing. Had a service call in JULY where they opened it up, looked at it, left is open, and never followed up except to bill us a couple hundred dollars. I had to follow up with phone calls and email more than 5 times. They called back in early SEPTEMBER to look at the panel again in order to provide a replacement quote--which I never got. Haven't heard from them since. Sadly, I am now looking for a new fire inspection company.
Follow up: Sales manager called me to try to correct this situation. The direct line of communication with this manager has been appreciated.

Accused me of detaching the safety using my extinguisher and then somehow using the same seal to reseal it, instead of taking responsibility for selling either an empty extinguisher or a faulty one that leaked out over 6 months, between services. Image of I had really needed it and it was empty. They agreed to refund me for the extinguisher and are now refusing to, I lodged an enquiry with visa. They have a service manager there who to pull his finger out of his ____. Don’t deal with these guys especially JAY TARLING.
