β β β β β We mostly dealt with Nick in the process of having our fire sprinklers relocated in our condo. Nick and Corey were very easy to communicate with, very responsive to our questions and requests, did a great job installing the new sprinkler heads and the price was the most fair by a long shot compared to the competition! Despite encountering problems along the way, Nick did not complain and he knew exactly how to navigate the issues. Would 10/10 recommend anyone to use Mountain Fire Protection!!! Thankyou!

β β β β β The people answering the phones were very rude. The lady didnβt really want to answer any questions that I had and her tone seemed like she didnβt care. I was hung up on not once but twice. I had called back and wanted to talk to her boss. Hung up on again. I will be calling my strata who employs this company and will be expressing my concerns. I definitely donβt want to trust my life with this fire suppression company that treats their customers like that.

β β β β β On Dec 19/2021 at around 1:30PM, I was driving with my kids in my van on Pacific Blvd passing Costco heading into downtown, when this maniac pulled out of his/her/their lane because he/she/them didn't want to be patient and wait for traffic in his/her/their lane to move on. They thought it was prudent to out right cut me off, forcing me out of my lane. Thankfully this is a three lane street and there was no one on the very outter left lane, so I was able to avoid the accident and potentially having my kids injured. All this driver had to do was wait, but their impatience proved to be worth more than the lives of those on the road. Disgusting.
