These guys came to fix my hot water tank and charged me an extra $70 to turn up the water pressure on my toilet. I have a witness who was home. They charged me for unplugging the toilet. They made extra money for doing something that they lied about and getting me evicted if I don't pay my housing for it. Thanks for cheating a single mother!!

I called this company up on a Thursday. Kevin (who works here) let me know that he will have the estimate done by Tuesday or Wednesday. I called him on Wednesday several times and finally got a hold of him. He told me that it will be done by Friday. I let him know how IMPORTANT it is that i get this estimate. Friday passed by and nothing. Now i have WASTED 1 week of my time when i could of called another company. I do not know the quality of their work but if this is how they keep their word then DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If he could not get the estimate done at least GIVE ME A DAMN CALL! to let me know. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY ON THIS COMPANY. also the only other review on google is by someone named kevin?? Strange i think?

A great experience today with this company. My problem with a kohler jet tub was fixed and I got some helpful advice as well. By comparison a non kohler rated company had talked about having to undertake some seriously expensive repairs, none of which were obviously needed. Synergy was on time and very pleasant to deal with. If you have a kohler related issue I would highly recommend this company. 5*+

I called on a Wednesday and spoke to the service department requesting drain cleaning service. He could not get a plumber out that day but said tomorrow would be no problem. Call late Thursday and spoke to the same person requesting the service, with no apology he said Friday. I called Friday morning to confirm the appointment and he said "let's do it Monday". I called service department again on Monday, and I got a hold of the same person. He said he would call me back, still waiting. NOT ANYMORE!!! If this is what they call "Service" call someone else... They do not know the meaning of "Service"!!!

We dealt with Synergy twice within a short time for basic plumbing issues at our house. In both cases the worker arrived on time, worked efficiently and got the job done. In one case he also did some minor preventive work as a bit of time remained on his hour of labour. There were no "surprises' and the work was completed well and at the quoted fee. Based on these two jobs we would use Synergy again.

If I can give zero star, I will totally do that. Be careful to go with their service, they charge you $300 before they even give you a quote. The site visit and estimation, they charge you hourly too. I recently purchased the new home with gas fireplaces and boiler, which I have no idea with them. I requested an estimation of the gas line extension for a gas range, the possible smell of gas in boiler room, and unable to ignite fireplace. When they visited my site for estimation, I told the technician I have ordered the new fireplace to replace the old one so I didn’t need to fix the fireplace. And I was told by a few sentences that the smell from the boiler room was not from the leaking gas. Then they spent an hour to estimate the gas line extension and left. After that, I have to call few times to get the gas line extension quote. When they quoted me is more than $2000 which is almost tripled price from other companies. I refused it. Moreover, I was told the boiler should be served ASAP. It’s ridicules! Because I found there is a stick on the boiler saying the service was done in Feb 2018! I turned their service off. Eventually, they sent me the invoice and charged me one and half hour for doing nothing!

Don't sigh paper after they finish the work right away. Wait for someday to make sure the work done is properly and everything is working, otherwise, if there is problem, they can say "fully authorized to preform the work" ....." and "request immediate payment." Make sure they write down warranty for labor and parts, so you will not be painfully regret it. I signed the paper work after they said the problem is fixed. My boiler has banging noise. First time they came, I paid $226, didn't fix. They recommended additional $1,287 work for second time. After second time work, the noise is still there and not fixed, same noise. Now they say, their "technicians acted in good faith based" , no guarantee. They had service manage came to my home heard the noise and exam-ed the heating system and recommended the works in email copied their service department on it. Now, they say that "sound we have never herd,". Just because that person has left after this work? When I am asking about labor and parts warranty, no response at all. The loud bang noise back when day and night when the heating is running. File complain with BBB. "We have labour and materials costs associated to this service call which we can not absorb. We are trying to fix a problem which we have never observed. Our technicians acted in good faith based on the information you provided to attempt to resolve the problem your describing in the most efficient and cost effective manor possible and we can not guarantee the elimination of a sound we have never herd, for all we know the sound your hearing late at night could be completely unrelated to the mechanical system. We made the most logical attempt to resolve the issue you described and proceeded with the work per your authorization and we will need to be compensated for the work you authorized." My wife and me were woke up several times by the noise, Synergy said 8 months ago "The spirovent will take time to correct the noise and air issue in the system" Their work with install of the spirovent never correct the noise and air issue in the system. For over 8 months, we have been waiting the The spirovent to correct the noise and air issue in the system.

Our hot water tank stopped working last night. I called a few companies for a quote and Synergy was the best price. They were able to get a plumber out to our house this afternoon. The plumber (Matt) was polite and fast. We have hot water again and couldn’t be happier with the service!
