Blue mountain came out in October of 2021 for a leak in the below unit. I had no idea there was a leak until someone from this company started to demand access to my apt even though I wasn't going to be home, the guy (Anthony) tried to tell me to hide my key somewhere so he could come in. It was a HARD no. They came back on Saturday and accessed it from the pipes below my tub, and I asked if this was something I could have prevented; he said no, it's in the lines. They were set to return Monday to remove my drain pipe to access the pipes from there, and the rest of the work was to be done in the below units pipes. Monday came, and they removed the drain and overflow to gain access, and they did what they needed to do to access the pipes from below the tub, then they spent a good 2.5 hours in my neighbor's pipes doing work before returning to put a new drain in and overflow and told Everything was fine. I asked if I could use the tub as I had stopped since I was informed of the possible leak, and I was told yes, everything was fine. Later that night, I had a bath, and it overflowed into the below unit worse than before. I called the plumber, and he came back; he told me he forgot to caulk the seals, and that was why it flooded into the below unit. Two days ago, I got a change back from my strata for $1400 for their mistake. 1. I won't be paying this 2. This is a clear case of bad work. 3. They even put down $70 for "Covid gear," considering neither of them was wearing proper PPE, and I had to tell them to remove their shoes outside of my apt I call BS on the "Covid Gear." AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I hired this company to install commercial equipment gas and plumbing. they did a perfect job and pass the inspection without any problems. very professional and careful in everthing the do. they also give advice whenever there is somtheng need to be fixed even if it is ot part of their contract. happy I have found this team will use their service always.

Anthony was a true professional. He was at my home in just one day and the job was very well done. He checked with me to make sure all my wishes were met and the job site was left clean with everything back in its place. I am more than happy with the response time from Blue Mountain Services. My toilet was clogged on a Friday and it was taken care of within the same day. All other plumbing companies could not take care of the problem until Monday.

We could smell natural gas when our furnace came on, so we contacted Blue Mountain Services. A technician came out, spent about 30 minutes on the furnace, but refused to listen to the problem, which was the reason why we called him. Finally, after sitting in his truck for 20 minutes he returned with a blank time-sheet, which he asked me to sign. When I enquired about the time, he misrepresented his labour and said it was 1.5 hours. The manager never returned our calls when we contacted the company to report this misrepresentation. This was really disappointing from a company that I had heard good things about.

Drainage issues in backyard thanks to atmospheric rivers on Nov 15, 2021. Paul and team Mat and Luke from Blue Mountain were professional and courteous. Kept us updated during repairs and hardest working crew I've seen in a long time. Replaced drain tiles and the amount of dirt and rock and clay they moved was incredible. Will be using them again and recommend to all.

Used Blue Mountain Services to install our water tank a number of years ago and just recently the hot water has been hit or miss. Called and booked a service appointment. Before the scheduled time, we received a call from the tech Russell to say he would be late but would be there. He showed up, checked the tank, determined the thermocouple had failed. Replaced the part, flushed the tank, cleaned the burner. Was very professional, showed me what he was doing, explained how he checked for the faulty part etc. Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism and how I was kept informed of everything he was doing.

Fabulous experience! Anthony cleaned all the drains, made a plan with me for a kitchen faucet replacement and gave me a ball park sense of the cost of the job and offered to come back to do the work. I appreciate the continuity of being able to work with a trusted trades person on a variety of projects. My neighbours recommended Blue Mountain Services for a much bigger job and I am glad I called. Anthony was Polite, friendly, professional, honest and cares about this work to complete the work 100%.
