Pristine Plumbing has a very high rating and reviews and I always believe owner occupied companies usually maintain a better communication and relationship with customers. Daniel and Andrew are both awesome and understanding. They arrived on time and started working immediately. Although the project needed to be extended and they still managed to finish it on schedule. We were told that they might have to remove our cedar trees which made us a bit uncomfortable, however, they finally saved the trees and reinstalled them when the project is done. I will definitely refer them to anyone who needs drainage and plumbing work. In addition, the prices are reasonable. You will never go wrong to use them.

After contacting my insurance I need to get things fix very soon. After checking on Homestars, I noticed this company has fantastic reviews so I decided to check it out. After talking with Daniel on the phone he said he can come the next day to do a scope test which is quick. He got the job after that and within a week he is able to finished the job from beginning to end in less than three days with his team of four others. It was a big job too as it involved tracing the drain and putting in a sump. The team worked diligently especially in the middle day when it was pouring rain and muddy all over. They kept at it however with little break. Kudos to Daniel for being the first one on site and the last one leaves every day.Every member be it Andrew, Chris, Michael, or Trevor is super friendly and always a smile on their face. From that I know they love their job. I will definitely go back to them for future maintenance work and I recommend highly to anyone who needs honest and quality work done on their plumbing needs.

C	Charles Mathieson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on a Friday evening about overflowing toilet, Daniel discussed symptoms on telephone and suspected main sewer line blocked, booked appointment for Saturday afternoon, he arrived bit earlier than planned (no problem with that), Daniel worked 2 hours found cause of blocked sewer line and unclogged it with large snake tool with 100' snake and camera on a fibre optic cable; showed few images along with invoice of blockages found in sewer line. Very efficient, responsive, and professional!

Two days after, I had another water leaks in my en-suite toilet. Daniel sent technician Andrew for investigation finding the uncommon gasket boot needed to replace, which could only order & ship from manufacturer. Andrew kept me posted of the status even the part not yet arrived. The toilet gasket boot was then replaced by technician Michael, well prepared & professional when part arrived. All technicians are on-time & helpful, as well as Daniel answering calls & scheduling is reliable with good phone call and email follow up. Great service & thanks

After he left, I noticed that the new pipes were partially blocking me from opening the drawer fully. I mentioned this to Daniel and he sent Chris to look into this for me and have it all fixed. They provided speedy, quality work at reasonable cost. I'm very happy with the work done and if I ever need plumbing repair again, I will definitely look for them.
