Not sure if he actually did a proper cleaning as there was still dust left behind some knobs. Customer service is important and I certainly hope that others don't have to go through what we went through.

He just came over this morning and noticed my tank was tripped. No repair needed and he didn't even charge me for the out trip. Highly recommended
