★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst salon you can ever think of!! Don't ever go here. They have the worst customer service especially from the main asian lady, she is very disrespectful and rude. They also allow non stop barking of the customer's unleashed dog inside the salon... talk about cleanliness and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The atmosphere is somber, as nobody talks as in normal beauty saloon. You have to literally squeeze any word out of any employee. The old Asian woman who cuts hair (I believe the owner) is very rude and doesn't like to hear people's ideas about how to cut their hair. For nails they do a good service but the employees do not like to talk at all. It is not a cheerful and happy atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ _Allured Nails: The crystal stone fell off after 2 days...so much hassle to get fixed. She doesn’t remove your current nails, you have to get your nails acrylic removed somewhere before the appointment. Double hassle and double cost. Sooo much hassle to get the nails done here...Bad customer service and Rude. She refused to fix unless I have to wait hours and days...I ended up have to fix somewhere else that takes them only 1 minute....

They are fun to talk to but doing my nails was ugly. I asked for coffins , all my nails have different shapes. One is super skinny, other is crooked, just frickin ugly. Uses badly her polish colors, the uneven top coat. Have dogs everywhere. Idk why they have a mens barbershop in the middle of it. Looks ghetto . I usually never write bad reviews but oh well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hair salon you can ever go to . The owner is very disrespectful and rude. She has no idea how to colour hair . All they do is put pounds of bleach on your head and tell you its your fault. I've had chemical burns on my forehead because just didn't care as long as you sit in their chair. The cleanliness of the place was disgusting, absolutely no sanitation with the tools they use to cut hair , eyebrows and so on. Most of the employees don't speak english, lacking professionalism. They have almost no experience and no education on the services they provide. The owner just wants to take your money. Stay Away! Dont go here !!!! Worst salon in burnaby !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally the worst salon I have ever been to. I got my hair dyed here a few years ago and was not worth the few hundred I paid. It took them forever, my hair turned out quite dead, and it was not the colour I wanted. I came back for a haircut recently, she cut my hair way too short, insulted me by saying I don’t take care of my hair, dropped the scissors and then proceeded to cut my hair, touched her dog then proceeded to cut my hair, and when her employee messed up she hit her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
