Customers & People working there no Plexiglass Barriers at all aswell. Owner Helen was Coughing. Stylist & Barber Refuse wear masked ? when asked. so got left ? will not ever go Back

Well that understanding but while make appointment with me when you know you won’t be around? It’s not professional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satisfy hair cut but the wait is way too long. Minimum time you have to wait for a haircut is 45-120mins. Not exaggerating. Been here too many times to exaggerate. However very satisfying haircut. Clean, crisp and very cool. People are very nice and welcoming . But improve on waiting and you got an amazing barber shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be warned.This woman Hellen is so disrespectful. I booked an appointment 5 days in advance. I reached 10 minutes before time and I found her working on someone else. She then told me to come back the next day if I still wanted to come back with no apology or anything. I took off time from work and even it was too late to get my hair done at another salon coz they were all fully booked. This was my worst experience ever and she was all smiling about it as if it was funny!!. To those planning to book with this woman, don’t trust her, you will be disappointed last minute. To Hellen , if u don’t want to do someone’s hair or u change you mind, or something changes, let the person know or don’t book appointment!!! Stop wasting people’s time and stop being disrespectful to others, an apology doesn’t hurt and learn to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star is overrated. Took an apt with Helen and we agreed on 10:30 as she told me she had to drop her kids as school before. Arrived on time. She wasn’t there at 11. Nobody at the salon could reach her, as her phone was off. I took off work to come to the salon and she wasted my precious time. Another client at the salon had the same time apt as me and we both left at the same time. Shameful.
Her colleagues at the salon said she usually comes at 12pm ?.
