Jacky helped my son for a hair cut yesterday, she is very nice and patient, listen to what he needs. I m so happy that I went here and will definitely come again☺️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are human too. In last 3 years, that’s the second time we cancel the appointment late. We are not doing that consistently. We respect all the service you provided.
The reason we so disappointed is your attitude on the phone, making us sad. Keep saying we are disrespectful on google map makes us feels worse, we have introduced a lot of friends to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a new stylist so based on the very positive google reviews and wanting to support neighbourhood business, my daughters and I decided to schedule hair appts. at Grand Globe. My girls love their new hairstyles. Jacky is an excellent stylist. Not only skilled in her craft, she was happy to share styling tips with my girls. The salon is perfectly small, clean and with simple decor. Exceptional service worth more than 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update May 9 : I think the appropriate response you intended is that you’re not accepting new clients at this time? Because I hope you guys aren’t only accepting referrals from existing customers as that is a discriminatory business practice.
Can’t say as I was not able to get an appointment - called to book cut/color and they told me they are not taking new clients unless referred. Referred by who? How do they decide who gets an appt there?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been with them for about 3 years. Skill is not bad, but have very bad attitude and not polite. Charge us $50 dollar for cancellation, we understand we need to notify them within 24 hour, but charging that much doesn’t make sense at all. And the staff feels proud of charging so much.
Definitely won’t go there again and will let all my friends aware of that

I had Jacky as my hair dresser and she is great. She started cutting from the back with the length that we agreed upon, but by the time she got to the front it was much shorter than I expected. I was a bit confused on how that happened but in the end she explained that she cut my hair in a U shape. I just wish she had communicated that in the beginning since the original plan was to just do a trim
Overall it was a good experience and she blow dried my hair too :)
