C	Chris Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose to buy vinyl flooring from Burritt Bros. and have them install it in our basement, and we are extremely happy with both the floor and installation. Our project manager was Adam Dent, and he provided excellent customer service right from the first time we met him in their large showroom. When getting a quote, he was transparent and fair. It wasn't inexpensive, but Burritt's price turned out to be quite competitive with other quotes we received. The installation went very well. A father and son team that works for Burritt did the levelling and floor/baseboard installation, and they were ultra meticulous and efficient. We had already done most of the furniture moving ourselves, and they gladly helped move the furniture that remained. The whole installation only took three days, which exceeded our expectations. It took us a long time to choose a flooring supplier/installer, but it was worth the research. Thank you Burritt for a superbly painless experience, and for beautifully transforming our basement.

We shopped around with other flooring companies but with the research we've done, we decided to go with Burritt Flooring. Adam was excellent with his follow ups with us and he had given us all the information on the flooring and a very detailed estimate in the beginning of flooring project. We apologize for a bit of our lateness on the day of our install. Adam made sure to keep in touch with us on updates that week. He always made an effort to follow up with us. And we very much appreciate that of him. We love our flooring. It totally changed from the write off carpet we had. It made our place look much better with beautiful flooring. It makes things so much easier to clean up. We will enjoy our flooring many years to come.

Dale MacMillan was fantastic to work with: helping us narrow down which kinds of carpets would be suitable for our needs, finding us samples, coming out to the North Shore to measure, keeping us informed of our install date, calling us to make sure everything was going smoothly, and following up. He was a pleasure to work with. The carpet installer was very skilled and was great at communicating what he was doing and how he was doing it. We're delighted to have this project ticked off our list and to have received so many compliments on the new carpet!
