The drivers are rude. The cars are usually filthy. And they demand cash payment. If you donโ€™t have cash they will โ€œofferโ€ to take you to an ATM. If you say no they then take weird routes and charge you more. Absolutely ridiculous. Iโ€™ll stick to Uber. Itโ€™s literally half the price and the most of their worst driver still runs laps around Belairs best.

Called at 5am for a pickup at 5:50am. Nobody showed up by 6:00am so I called to check in. Said they'd be 2 more minutes. Nobody showed up by 6:15, so I called back, they said their guy got lost and would be just 2 min. I call at 6:20, they said they'd have to send a new guy. Not once did they apologize. I canceled and called an Uber. Uber came within 5 min.

This company is absolutely the worst. I ordered a cab and was told 10 minutes wait time. 50 minutes later I was still waiting in the rain for the cab. Called 3 times during the wait and was told driver was 2 minutes away. They lie and deceive you. No regards for the costumer whatsoever. Driver arrived 1 hour after scheduled time, when I had already lost my doctor's appointment. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this bussiness.

I use this taxi service all the time and have never had a problem.....until yesterday. The driver who picked us up was clearly distracted and took off AS MY SON WAS GETTING IN THE CAR. It was absolutely terrifying. My son informed me later that the driver did actually run over his toe. The most disappointing part? I emailed bel air taxi to tell them about this experience, and never heard back. Perhaps the news would be a better avenue.....

This is the worst taxi operator ever hang me up twice 3rd call said it's going to be there in 10 min I already know at that point they are not coming Caz I ran 3 business I read people for living. If you want to get stranded then call them but they will not arrive. Whoever own this business you should start managing your staff and fire the one that working tonight.

Worst customer service ever. Drivers have assaulted me and other family members, driven away with my belongings and without me in the vehicle, drivers often are not wearing masks and their vehicles are filthy, customer service and dispatch had told me โ€œitโ€™s not their problemโ€ or other very unprofessional and rude things. This is our only taxi service in the tri cities and the company knows it and treats us terribly. Thank goodness for Uber and Lyft. I would never use this company if I were you reading this review.

It was a very bad experience with using this service in Port Moody. I needed to go the Emergency room in a hospital. I was told 30-40 min. Was holding my phone in my hands. Then I noticed a missed phone call. somebody called me literally 2 min ago and 7 minutes after I ordered a taxi. .then I called back and was told that taxi driver left and I have to wait for 20 more minutes. I have a DOG that barks. . I didn't hear any cars, neither he did. I will never use this service again. And now I see that they always have very bad reviews.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not a vindictive person but I hate this taxi company with my whole soul. furthermore, I am going name all the reasons why I would rather walk 12 miles with feet full of blisters then pay this company 12.00 a taxi ride honestly, I would choose to walk even if it was free. Reason 1. in my experience the majority of their drivers are extremely rude reason 2. Why are they extremely rude you ask? well because they get mad at you when you book a taxi in advance and wonder why your upset with them when its late/doesn't come at all. [ how dare I expect the taxi that I ordered WELL in advance to come on time/at all]. Reason 4. Apparently they only accept cash now , so to aid you they will drive you to a sketchy ATM at a random corner shop so you can pay an extra 4.00 charge on top of the taxi fee to help THEM out. Reason 5. You know for a profession that specializes in driving . I feel extremely unsafe and vulnerable in the back of the car the majority of them have a terrible sense of direction. Reason 6. I was trying to get a taxi in the morning because I assumed they were a 24 hour service line. turns out it takes 20 minutes to even get them on the phone, when you get them on the phone they tell you its going be 10 minutes. When you call again its going to be another 10 minutes, but you will be waiting 45 minutes, and be late to work . Reason 7. The phone operators sound like they hate you. These are all my reasons I have never written a review IN MY LIFE let alone a bad one. I am not a white suburban mom who was dissatisfied with customer service from a taxi company. I get it. you're a taxi company you don't need to be overly courteous I guess. BUT maybe common decency I feel like that wouldn't be too much to ask. I get this is some peoples livelihoods, this isn't targeting any taxi driver who does their job and does it well. I have met a couple and have tipped accordingly but boy oh boy THOSE BAD ONES really do make a difference. I think that's all I have to say. I think this was lengthy enough, even somewhat respectful. I know you do not care about this review. But I hope if someone reads it they LAUGH and they feel that they're not alone.
