โ โ โ โ โ I called in at 5:30 in the morning to schedule a driver to be at my place for 7:20 that was a lot of advance notice I waited and I waited past 7:30 and the driver never called me he never showed up at my place I then called them again and I told them I needed to be somewhere at a certain time and all they can do is say sorry I'll try the driver again and of course nothing happened I phoned back I told him I was not impressed that I had to take my car to where I needed to go it was snowing out and I was afraid of driving in the snow and I'm not impressed with how they operate their

โ โ โ โ โ IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY DO NOT CALL!!! Waited almost an hour for a cab that never showed up. I called dispatch several times and I was asured the cab was arriving in 2 minutes. 30 minutes later I spoke with the driver and he asked me where I was going, I told him Vancouver and he said he was on his way. When he failed to show up I called dispatch agian and I was told that the driver said I had cancelled the trip. Very poor work ethic. This cab company should be paying customers for wasting their time.

โ โ โ โ โ I called for a wheelchair taxi to pick us up from Guildford Mall. The dispatcher had told me about 10 minutes for an ETA. After almost 15 minutes, there was no taxi so I called again. The same dispatcher told me about another 5-10 minutes. I mentioned that there was a company wheelchair van in the adjacent parking lot. I was told that she would put out a call to that driver. By this time, my disabled family member was in a lot of pain. I was about to call again when the dispatcher called me and said the driver isnโt taking calls because he has back pain. I saw the taxi drive away so I thought he was off for the day. About 10 minutes later he returned and just parked. I have never had such dishonest service in my life and will never use this company! Not only was this dispatcher/driver a liar, but they kept change the time of arrival. Horrible company

โ โ โ โ โ I was at guildford. I called the company and everything was normal for the first minute. The guy asked for my location, put me on hold,etc etc. I was than transferred to SURREY MEMORIAL HOSPITAL!!!! I was so confused cuz was sure I disled the cab number. But the thing is all the operators sounded all the same. Lucky I got my dad to pick me up.

โ โ โ โ โ Dispatcher is extremely rude. Not all the texi call dispatcher employee are rude. It was one Indian male employee was rushING to hang up Phone.so I was politely ask for repeat the pick up address once more time . That way, I can get picked up by right place. But he was rise his voice and said, " are you satified now ?" I don't know what's his problem but I think he has to learn how to deal with the customer. And proper customer service .

โ โ โ โ โ I haven't used a taxi for over 9yrs. I was so happy to use Guildford Cab service. They were so friendly and polite. Also very helpful with my walker putting it in the back for me. They also came really quick . I will be using them more often for sure.
