A	Amanda Mayo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called and was told it would be a 10-15 min wait. After 1/2 hour I called them to ask where the cab was. The lady responded with the driver is coming from far away and will be another 20 minutes. I told her don’t bother. I also said don’t tell people 10-25 min when it closer to an hour.

He got 56$ for what should have been a 38$ ride

J	Jessica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really sick last week and needed to go to ER to Surrey Memorial Hospital immediately. I called around 9:30pm but the wait time for taxi was 20-30 mins. Decided to take uber instead because it’s cheaper and faster too.

Gave specific directions as google maps does not display the location accurately, however neither the controller nor the driver followed these ? the driver was waiting at the wrong location and was adamant that he was at the correct location. I had to call the controller to ask him to call the driver and repeat the previous directions I had provided ☹️
C	CONCR3T3 KATNICH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver demanded 55$ for a ride that's 36$ on a bad day... I refused and only wanted to give him 35 since there was no traffic... He started yelling and dropped me off half way to my destination in the rain. He refused to start the meter and wanted to do flat rate 55$ when he originally accepted my 35$.. this was at 1 a.m. I was trying to get home in the cold.

When you book airport pickup, it is expected you get 10-15 min here and there. You may be early or may be late. In the end it was good that driver canceled the ride. They told us the cost will be approximately 120$, but we got taxi at airports in just $70

The taxi driver arrived at my home at 10:30 in the evening and insulted me by asking why I couldn't just walk to my destination. He called me lazy then he refused to give me the ride. It was a local 5 blocks away from my home, but I had many grocery bags and one elder person with me. He was not right to refuse me the ride. I am also appalled at the company's failure to react when I called the supervisor Don Gilbo the next morning to file a complaint and he did not return my call at all. Please don't ignore this review, it is a warning. I had to call 911 to make this taxi driver back off. He threatened to throw us out on to the street. Let this company know that they cannot treat people this way. Don't give them your business, call another cab company. This happened on January 16, 2022 the car number was SK304. I didn't get the drivers name and I am not going to mention his race because I believe this is wrong. I am not a racist. He should be taken off the road and not be allowed to deal with the public. I feel very strongly about this and I hope noone else has to go through this ordeal. That's all.
