★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had some damage to my car repaired today and it looks as if there was never any damage to begin with. The colour match was spot on ! Job was done nice and quick for a small job and the qaulity was exceptional. Great customer service by lottfi and his team. I highly recommend and will be using again in the future if needed.

I am from out of town, getting married in Vancouver. I booked a party bus with this company in March, knowing that this year is a busy year for weddings and the weekend I booked is busy. They doubled booked and cancelled my limo, and have left us with no other limo options.
DO NOT RECOMMEND*
If you are looking reliable service, look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. The result is perfect. An almost new car and the dent that was on a curve on the door is gone! They came to me, making it very easy and even though it was done outside, wore masks the whole time. Thank you, really happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I took a vacation to Mexico for spring break, we decided to make it special using a car service to get to the airport. Our driver showed up early in a beautiful clean SUV. Our trip to the airport was seamless and comfortable and couldn’t have been a better way to start our trip! Thank you for the amazing service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Time Limousine in late February for a trip downtown. They made promises that weren’t kept - don’t trust their service for your party or transportation requirements. There are more capable competitors with better cars, prices and services. You will be disappointed in Time Limo - I communicated my issues to them after my trip and they basically told me it is what it is. The booking agent specified the vehicle I would be receiving and didn’t say it was subject to change - why would you state that if you weren’t going to follow through with it. Seems like a bait and switch. For me, that is poor service. Avoid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service! I was travelling with 2 toddlers and couldn’t find any other service that offered a safe way for them to ride from the hotel to airport. I was able to order a very nice SUV with 2 child seats. Staff was courteous, arrived on-time (early even) and the rate was fair. I would definitely recommend their service and will use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a limo Ford Bus for my birthday party .
The bus looked cleaned and nice but thats about it . 2 of the speakers were not working and when we told our driver he said i cant fix it hence the sound system was very low quality.
Along side that , our driver was driving so fast that he was almost drifting . Every single one of my guests had a headache.
We were also promised pop( coke ) and juice but we were given only water ( not a big deal but still ).
Was this worth $700? Not really . I only had a good time with my friends but there are better ways to spend that money.
Do not recommend this.

As a business traveler, I'm typically the one stressing all the details for any big trip, but with Time Limousine, I've never had to worry about them... ever.
And every single time, they've showed up early way early and ready to go. Which is such a professional touch in the time of ever-changing, travel restrictions.
For big or important trips, it's Time, every time! Love these guys and HIGHLY recommend.
