Everything went exactly as he said it would and we couldn't be happier. Dylon and Sagar did a fantastic job with the installation. We would highly recommend Good Guys to anyone!

Have to say from the front counter with Josie to the young man Neil the experience was both professional and very nicely done. Great people to deal with. Neil explained it all in very down to earth terminology and the pricing was very competitive. Would deal with this company any time. Kudos you guys.

I was quite apprehensive when I called to make the appointment, as I have 2 seniors living in my house and must be extremely careful to protect everyone from this Covid business. The office called me in the morning to confirm health checks (his and ours), and Wes showed up on time, wearing a mask and observing every precaution throughout. It was such a huge relief. I really valued his professionalism, customer care and kindness. I'll be asking for him next year, for sure. No problems with the furnace either - bonus!

From the time of my initial phone call to their office to the followup troubleshooting visit to diagnose the problem to the installation early the very next day of our new tankless gas hot water system, Good Guys has never failed to deliver with their great work ethic and knowledge. Our technicians Neil and Matt worked diligently until the job was completed and patiently answered our many questions completely during that entire time. And a great cleanup job as well! j	joy bee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Good Guys for 15 years, for plumbing, furnace repair/maintenance, and central AC installation/maintenance. All of the technicians have always been responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. The scheduling staff has always been great to deal with -- even when we're panicking! This week, during B.C.'s latest heat wave, our central AC unit died. Not only did they send someone out on the hottest day of the heat wave, Allan spent over 4 hours troubleshooting the problem; drove to another city to pick up the part we needed; installed the part; and made sure it was running. He communicated everything he was doing and gave us an idea of cost before he did the work. We were grateful for his expertise, his troubleshooting skills, and his willingness to stand outside in 40-degree heat just so we'd be comfortable.

Good Guys didn't call back when they said they would, and upon my mother-in-law calling in a second time, she was able to secure an appointment. They also had a plumbing issue which she let their office know about, as Good Guys apparently do plumbing as well . The tech arrived, took a quick look at the heat pump and told them that "they don't fix Maytag heat pumps, you'll have to call them yourself". Why could they have not given that information before my elderly family had to wait two weeks!? (Good Guys has serviced this heat pump before). He also informed them that the plumbing would be on a separate service call which is fine. My husband called their office to inquire about what on earth happened to the AC service call, and he was told that they didn't even have record of a request for a plumbing call.....and Good Guys then suggested a different plumber for them to call, who is "very good". What?! Absolutely appalling, and my elderly family members had to sit in a hot house with not functioning A/C to wait for this appointment which we are back to square one for. If I could give a rating of zero, I would. Go elsewhere.

Was told that estimate could not be provided unless a technician comes in and inspects the heating system in the first place at s cost of $89.00. This is an outstanding money-grab ploy. Common...just tell the cost of parts and labor, that is it.....?????####. I can not speak on experiences what other similar callers would have encountered, but I am simply flabbergasted.!!

He tightened the loosed heat pipe clamp bracket when he found the water stain and traced it. Joe marked out the water stain perimeter for facilitating the future regular service next year. He turned on the 2-step-switch that was supposed to turn on. I signed up for the comfort club of the furnace. Thank you, Joe. Tony
