★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional. I usually do not write negative reviews for businesses. But these guys gave me lots of grief and stress.
I had a hot water pipe leak issue and I called Focus Mechanical to help. He came over for initial investigation and promised to come over next day to fix it. He was no show for entire day. I called him a few times and he kept promising me that he will come over next day. But never showed up..
I wasted 4 days chasing him to help me, and in the meantime, had to deal with no hot water at home. Eventually decided to go with another plumber.
It was very unprofessional and gave me lots of unnecessary stress. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company.
