Then she goes give me your home address, I will drive by and see the house first. I don’t know how people can stand this idiotic behaviour.

We were extremely happy and amazed with the outcome.Decor by Polly team went above and beyond what we imagined and we are very thankful. We also booked multiple services from them including flower bouquets and everything went perfectly. A huge thank you to Decor by Polly :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have hired Decor By Polly many times for my past events and have never been disappointed. Her decor pieces and fabrics are unique and very classy. Recently, our family hired Decor By Polly for our cousin's wedding during COVID. Despite booking her under short notice, Polly was very understanding of our needs and our limited budget. It was like going to a one stop shop . . . Polly had everything from stage furniture, centerpieces, linens, fabrics, pillars, unique showpieces, etc. unlike other decor companies who were sending us to different vendors to rent such things.
She gave us a great price for whole decor package deal. We did not need to do anything at all. Polly and her crew handled everything and all decor was completed hours before our function started. When we walked in the venue and saw the wedding decor, we were all in absolute awe. Our cousin, the bride, literally cried in amazement as she really was not expecting much due to COVID. Polly went above and beyond and the decor she did made our cousin's big day extra special. Thank you so much, Polly, for everything! Will be booking again with you for our next event!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid at all costs. My wedding was almost ruined by the complete lack of professionalism and arrogance displayed by Polly. The entire process of working with her was uncomfortable as there was constant berating of "how cheap" our wedding plans were since she normally only deals with high end clientele according to her. When it came time to deliver on all the bragging she was a no show and we had to find someone else last minute. One of the worst experiences of my life. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere
