Driver thru package on landing ,it was ripped open on one side, ducktaped on one end and open on the other I guess he figured he couldn't damage it any more.Ive left 3 request for call back ,zero response from Purolator.If I could give zero stars I would!!!

Their customers service is some of the worst I've ever had and they're unorganized. Express shipping is a waste of time and money I wouldn't use this company for any shipping services ever!

The lady that helped me in here on Thursday afternoon was amazing. She was so patient, and honestly went above and beyond to help me get my package sorted for a return. Thank you so much for taking the extra minute to provide quality service.

I have been in Canada for about six years and have never ever NEVER EVER received a delivery from Purolator. They always send a message or an email saying we're not able to deliver the product because nobody was at home. How come? I work from home, my wife works from home we are at home all day long every single day. There are also 2 fixed Concierges to receive all deliveries and they request us to go to the Service Center to pick up the product. How come? Why I am paying for delivery if I have to go there to pick up the product. The Best Buy store where I bought the product is closer to my address than the Purolator Lack-Of-Service Centre. Can I do -1 star?

Why do I pay for shipping when the delivery person can't be bothered to buzz my number or call my phone? I put my entire day on hold to receive a time-sensitive package and get a message that I'm not available at 6pm (I'm literally sitting by the phone...). I call and get told too bad we can try to deliver again in 2 days. I have to wait an extra 2 days because your delivery person failed to contact me and deliver my package? So I end up making an hour round trip solely to pickup my package during my lunch break...

I would say this is worst delivery company in this planet. I left a message for driver to call me when at door . I confirmed if drivers will call me or not . They said yes i will get a call. But in evening i tracked my shipment and it says attempted delivery, receiver unavailable. Then i called customer service and req them to hold it for pick up at my nearest location. They said you can pick it up tomorrow. Next day i went there and they sAid your package is picked up for redelivery. What a wastage of time. I have no idea how they are still in business

"We deliver the worst services not the packages" is their mission statement. In the last 3.5 years of my stay in Canada, I never got any parcel / at least delivery note delivered to my home by Purolator. Team Purolator !! All the very best for your NO DELIVERY INITIATIVE.

I don't think I've ever received a proper delivery attempt over the past eight years that I've lived at this address. Despite numerous complaints and "re" delivery requests the issue remains. No buzzer attempt, often no tag, just a "receiver unavailable" note in the tracking info. What I've started doing - and would encourage others to do - is reach out to the shipper and let them know that their choice of courier is unacceptable.
