C	Chandrella A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed completely. If you plan to bring your sports team here be warned they force you to pay an extra 20% on top of your bill mandatory. I have been to many bps with sports teams and never have been forced to pay gratuity when the team is paying per person and not as a group. Service was great but after being told I had to pay an additional 20% of the total of my ticket I was disgusted. Never has this happened before. So if you do want to go to this BP don't give them notice and go as your individual group so you are not being robbed. They also tried to charge another customer multiple drinks even though the menu states free refills. Hence why I checked my bill especially after a lunch for me my 2 kids cost me over $85.
C	Clayton Foster on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very small portions served here compared to other locations. I spoke with the manager that informed me all servings come pre packaged in a specific weighed portion. If you want 10 ravioli pieces with about 100 ml of sauce to color the pasta for $21.50 eat here.
K	Kirsten Waitman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Boston Pizza experience. We went and ordered lunch and then food to go. We were done eating and waited almost 40 mins before we left. The waiter forgot to place our takeout order. We also waited at least 15 mins after we were done eating for him to come. To be fair it was a few hours before the super bowl and they were busy with take out orders but there were only 3 tables actually sitting. The waiter never apologized even once and we were pretty understanding that it was a busy time but he didn’t seem to care. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

They all get along and work as a unit, which is why this place operates at such a high level.The GM here really keeps these guys motivated, I can see that. I met the owner and he really cares about his staff and their well being. Oh, and the kitchen staff KILL IT with the food. I ate there weeks ago and was blown away at how much different it tasted from other BPs in the area. There's something good happening at BP in Nordel Way... it's the only one I will go to to eat from now on! thanks everybody!
S	Sydnee Macdonald on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious like usual. We got the lasagna with meatballs; Salmon Power Bowl; two personal pizza’s and kids Chkn strips. Family loved it all. The temperature was perfect, food tasted as should. Delivery was through DoorDash food arrived perfect ?

Jasmine the manager was kind & very professional. Our one pizza was made incorrectly, but Jasmine had the kitchen re-do our order before us knowing & gave us the incorrect pizza for free. Best BP experience I have ever had at any BP. We will be back
S	Stewart Wright on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well this place was a dud, was supposed to be a treat but so disappointing. Kid had burger meals a sundae, burger was cold and dry. Ice cream was more like freezer burned milk. I had beef dip which consisted of 2 thick tough pieces of beef on a tasteless bun. I'm used to more shaved beef which is juicy. Ya fries were fine. Started with Buffalo cauliflower bites, they ok. Partner had Boston brute, ugh, again so low quality on everything. I just expected more and in hindsight should have all got the pizza since it's a pizza place first.

Previously i had really bad experience at this location however when i went here the other day it seemed like completely new staff and management. Our waitress knew the menu items so well that she made some really good reccommendations. Manager came by to make sure food was great. Will definitely make this my favourite location goong forward.
