★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi royals pizza team . Yesterday I ordered pizza for delivery very first time the pizza was so yummy and the girl who attends my call was really nice and polite. I asked her name when I was talking to her but She refused me to tell but I really appreciate her for having good attitude towards their customers . I will definitely recommend everyone to visit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza tastes good but they need to train or change their staff who ever pick the phone. They are always confused and keep on transferring phone to another person just to confirm address. I called late night to order pizza for first two times they pick my phone and then hanged up. Third time she said they are not taking orders any more I told website hours she just hanged up on me. They really need to be trained in customer service and communication etiquettes.

You can see the attached pictures for ref. We ordered for first time but we are disappointed but the level of preparation . Too much oil is being added in the pizza dough and we ordered tandoori pizza and we could hardly find paneer pieces ..pizza was flat generally sides should be
