★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got 1 pound of paneer pakoray and chaat, so disgusting found a fly in my food ,i called to tell them they said okay what can we do about it, so filthy, i shouldve left when i saw no one was wearing masks, fkn disgustinf to be honest, 0 stars if i could, pathetic management too, will be reporting this to surrey health protection- fraser health

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing customer service. Ordered one chilli chicken for takeout and gave special instructions to the receptionist name Mani\Sukhi to please make it well done so it won't be raw. Despite giving special instructions chicken turned out to be raw and not properly cooked. When made the complaint on phone receptionist Mani said that's how we cook it in our restaurant take it or leave it in a very rude manner. Returned food at restaurant. Never going back there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like their sweet chat papri. I tried pav bhaji but was not impressed. The pav were very oily and the bhaji gravy wasn't thick. The food presentation was good so that's nice. Yet to try other foods here so will surely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serving stale sweets. Their rasgullas had a horrible aftertaste of oil and texture was super rubbery. Took it straight back to the manager, she said it was fine by her standard so offered no refund or exchanges, literally said if I wanted the stale rasgullas back. I'm stunned with the horrible customer service. Me and my family have eaten their choley battures many times and probably given them hundreds of dollars of business. Will not be returning to a business that has no regard for even long-time customers. If you're eating there, just know if you find any issues with your food you will likely NOT be compensated.
