★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second training with First Responders. I love their way of teaching. Simple and very straightforward. Saying things that are important so it doesn’t waste too much time. So I think I already know what’s it about because it’s just a recertification (yearly) but I still heard things that make sense especially from hands on expert responders. Will definitely go back here again.

David Russell's session was the most incredible I have ever taken; I actually feel like I am walking away with a complete full picture understanding of what I need to do in an emergency. I have never had an instructor who was so honest and straight up. I feel like I get it and would trust myself to act. So, a whole lot of gratitude to David

Very friendly, very polite and very funny, made the time go by super quick. I would highly recommend taking first responders OFA lvl 1 or any other course through them. Thank you for the great day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dave was an amazing instructor! Normally first aid courses are dry and you don't feel any more prepared for an emergency after than before you did it.. Not with Dave though, he definitely helped us feel confident to help to the best of our ability in any situation that might arise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The instructor (David Russell) was personable, informative, and was very approachable and helpful. There was a wealth of knowledge covered in this class, sprinkled with moments of humour that really helped add moments of levity during very heavy and serious subject matter. It was a great flow, it kept me engaged, and there was a nice mix of hands on learning, as well as video examples. I would definitely recommend this course if you’re interested in Emergency First Aid training.
