Signing up for the First Aid Level 3 Class at Trauma Tech was exciting. I picked up the study materials and read the initial information for the class lessons on the first few pages. Nothing about this class seemed like it was going to be easy - As it should NOT be. You are being certified for the care and initial control for potentially life threatening situations. You are the, "Go To," human whose critical interventions could mean the difference between life saving and life costing decisions, so this is no course to take lightly. I took this class twice to pass it. I am so grateful to not have been given a certification after my first attempt for the simple reason that I was not ready. To pass you must dedicate yourself to two intense and very full weeks of classes, practicum's, homework, and a midterm just to get to the stage of the written final and final practicum test. You will attend classes Monday-Friday for 7 hours per day/70 total hours. You will complete 20 lessons and 18 homework assignments. You are up and down for two full weeks on your hands and knees working your way through one practicum after another. You will read and study nights and weekends. You will do all of this at a participation rate of 100%. Our living room became a First Aid Station, Workplace Hazard, and Triage Safety Area, and my husband agreed to being bandaged and splint and packaged for transport repeatedly during my classroom tenure with a smiling face and positive outlook. I had the privilege of working with Diane Martin. Ms. Martin cared about whether her class understood, answered questions thoroughly and professionally, took a difficult subject and structured each class she taught according to the people taking it. She was available in person, by phone and by text, for help at all times. Her compassion and uncanny ability to see where her students were struggling, proved truly valuable in her responding to concerns, answering questions and helping to ease anxiety levels in the classroom. Her sense of humor helped us laugh out loud and ease discomfort with unfamiliar tasks. I cannot say, "Thank-You," loud enough or often enough to demonstrate my gratitude for Diane and (also) for Becky, at the front desk, whose smile and repeated positive feedback were invaluable! It was a choice for me to take this class, but what it gave me in confidence and humility and appreciation is priceless. For all that it did in those arenas, it also enriched my life with a sense of accomplishment and pride as I look at my family of friends who are also First Aid Level 3 certificate holders. Thank you!

This was my first experience with Trauma Tech and I would definitely recommend taking First Aid & Safety Training with this establishment. Our instructor Dusty was very fun, informative and thorough in explaining all procedures and protocols. I took the Level 1 course and am now very confident that I will be able to apply my skills if an emergency situation arises. And a bonus the facility was clean, had friendly staff and tons of parking.

I took my OFA level 3 course after not taking any first aid for a few years, and could not be any happier with the training and education I recieved from Trauma Tech. I feel completely confident and prepared for any situation I've been trained on. Maggie was one of the best first aid instructors I've ever had, and I highly recommend taking OFA level 3 with her.

Ms. Sarbjit Tuli is friendly and easy to talk to. Whatever the discussion was, it went so smoothly. She had a better vocabulary and was good at discussing any topic. Whatever the topic was, she was so knowledgeable about any topic. She knows how to conduct lessons and make the learner pick it quickly. The manner of Ms. Sarbjit Tuli’s teaching is light and delightful. With her thought-provoking method, the learning environment built in the class is amazing. I would highly recommend her.

Over all experience with This institution could have earned five stars but because of one person i could not add another stars. That person is my instructor, her name is Bonnie Wood, she not only impacted me but every single person in the class because of her rude , unprofessional behaviour. She could not teach this course in well organized way, her every move was taking us out of the way, from the very first day she could not answer any question without getting in to some kind of argument. At the end I would like to advise new comers looking for Trauma Tech please please make sure Bonnie Wood is not your instructor. Check all the one star or two star reviews before you make your final decision. Thanks
