This was my first time ever taking a first aid and cpr course. I was nervous at first but the experience has been great! I feel like I actually learned valuable life skills I could use. The instructor Zarah is really helpful she uses real life examples and incorporates her personal knowledge into the class. I’m glad I got to take the course with her! I Highly recommend taking this in surrey :)

Today, we had first aid instructor Ashton at the Coquitlam location. The content was just fine. Although I can generally understand and get what he was talking about, there's some improvement that can be made in the use of the English language. For example, he would say " if the patient goes for heart attack, if the person goes for vomiting" etc. The use of the 2 words "goes for" to substitute for other more appropriate words like "developed, becomes, deteriorates" etc. was difficult to understand and made following his trend of thought muddled. If used once or twice, it won't be much of a problem, chalk it up to laziness or just mis-spoken, but it was used throughout the 4 hours. It needs to change. Next came the use of "my good friends" at the start of many a sentence. We should be addressed as "class" not "my good friends". He also needs to learn how to pronounce the word CELSIUS. He pronounced it " celestrious". Otherwise he was clear and professional.

I took my first aid and CPR course at this Surrey location. The facility was great. I was a little confused because they just moved down to the main floor. I needed my standard first aid for school and they definitely delivered with me getting my award right at the end of the class. Amelia was fantastic and made everything so easy to understand. Great teacher. I will definitely come back. I recommend these guys because of the price and the great facility.

Took a class last weekend with Vancouver First Aid. Unlike other first aid classes I have taken in the past I found this class fun and informative. The instructor was great and had lots of real life experience to share with us. I would suggest everyone to get first aid training...you never know when you will need to use it. The class was very nice too, lots of room and they had enough equipment for everyone to have their own doll. Will definitely go back when its time to rectify.

Booked for an appointment for mask fit testing but there’s no one in the office. And the call centre is just saying that β€œthey have no idea where the instructor is”. So UNPROFESSIONAL and I don’t recommend this place to go especially if you have to get the license immediately.
