Yuri provides an excellent treatment that is individualized and effective at treating my current stiffness and areas of pain. Since being in her care, I am engaging in healthier self care practices and I am able to perform my job well with less pain. I would absolutely recommend Yuri as your next RMT!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought the recurring pain I was feeling was from a back injury dating 20 years. I had done everything from an x-ray, MRI, to physio-therapy to no avail. It was recommended that I go see Brandi at Pure Health and Wellness. During my 1st treatment Brandi narrowed down the cause of my back pain to a glute related issue. Within days I was 95% better with unhindered mobility. After having endured this issue for over a decade, I'm now pain free, back to lifting and resuming a normal lifestyle. Brandi is extremely well informed and very good at her profession. Look no further, you've found the solution, Brandi at Pure Health and Wellness. Thank you Brandi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this clinic. Very welcoming ambience, gentle and caring RMT. Yuri is very knowledgeable, gentle and knows what's the best treatment. They were able to accommodate me with a short notice. I really appreciate it. They have been doing a great job with sanitizing and keeping rooms neat and clean, following all the needed COVID-19 protocols. Big thumbs up for Pure Health Massage and wellness

Can't recommend anyone here enough.
Seen Bobi, Nancy, Michelle, Melissa, Paige, and Tracy for treatments and always feel better walking out!
