★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recently injured in a car accident and was looking for a great physiotherapist to help me recover from my injuries. Not only am I on my way to recover but if it wasn’t for the entire team , I’m not sure where i would be. They most certainly take the time and care to make sure that you are being taken care of and I must say everyone is friendly, helpful and do genuinely care about your recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone who is injured ! God bless everyone that works here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Really good and clean environment. The treatment given is good as well. All staff members are very nice and welcoming including the receptionist. Very glad to be referred here. Really recommend it if you are looking for good treatment and excellent service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byoungju (Jay) Jun gives the best RMT massages. Just tell him where it aches and he knows exactly where and how hard to press. I'm a squishy marshmallow that can only handle light to moderate massages and Jay has never made the massages feel unbearable at any point (unlike other RMTs at other clinics I've been to). On the other hand, my partner's very picky and only likes strong RMTs who can provide deep, heavy massages, and yet he also started going to Jay last year. Whether you prefer gentle or heavy massages, Jay will take care of you.
The only negative thing about this clinic is that they've now added an extra $5 charge without any warning or explanation when it came time for me to pay. I didn't even notice the extra charge until I reviewed the invoice afterwards. I think it's new for this year since it hasn't been on any of my previous invoices from last year. Despite this, I'll still continue to go to Nordel Physio as long as they have Jay on the team. (I'm already sad that Wonyoung Yu no longer provides acupuncture here.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to several physiotherapists over the years, but I'm so glad to now be a patient at Nordel Physiotherapy and Sports Clinic. Shivesh Setia totally fixed a problem that one of my sons had with a work injury about a year ago, so I decided to give him a try. I've been seeing Mr. Setia for about 6 weeks now, and I'm getting massive improvements with several back and neck problems that I have. He is always friendly, motivating, and caring, and he takes the time to explore any symptoms I have. He is a very wise man.
Nordel Physiotherapy is very professional, and the staff are so friendly and accommodating.
I cannot recommend this clinic and Shivesh enough!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to have the best support and assistance in your recovery, this is the place to come! All of the staff are well trained, compassionate and supportive. Gurdeep is wonderful, very committed to her patients and their recovering. The clinic is clean, bright, relaxing music is always playing, the staff clearly enjoy their time here, and take time to make sure each person has treatment plans that will maximize their best chances to get healthy. I am pleased that I found Gurdeep and her clinic, as both my husband and myself have been benefiting from her and the other clinic staff’s expertise. I especially have been impressed with their use of traditional medicine, such as acupuncture, as I have been helped a great deal by this. I plan to stay here and continue to work with them to get better, and their treatments have given me the confidence to do so. I highly recommend this clinic and I can tell you that if you put your trust in Gurdeep and her staff, you won’t be disappointed! They keep very good communication also, sending out text messages, email and phone call reminders for appointments, which I truly appreciate as I sometimes forget to write the down!

Shiv truly helped me recover and made me feel really comfortable during these sessions. You can tell that he really cares about his clients.
