★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in the area & decided to hit up the taco bell for dinner. Now, we fully understand that these are still trying times with restrictions being lifted & life seemingly is going back to normal. We also can appreciate the fact that they were short staffed as there were only 3 employees working behind the counter, with 1 of them on the drive through window. So waiting 20 min for our order wasn't much of an issue, there was 6 customers ahead of us when we walked in, so we get it. Wasn't disappointed by it. Waiting an extra 10 min for them to prepare & serve our food wasn't an issue either. Again, understand what they are going through. But where we have to draw the line is the condition of the food. Crunch wraps were warm at best, but our fries... Well they were room temperature. Not even warm from a hot warmer or heat lamp. Room temp. Sorry taco bell... Can't give you more than 2 stars. Being generous though as I honestly feel based on the overall experience I should only give 1 star.
