★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We'll I bought a utillian 5 on 4-23 it shipped 4-45. I never received tracking, when I contacted them they didn't know tracking number and never could find it. I got the item about a week and a half later. But it was and still is only half my order. I'm waiting on the bubbler and extra coils. The positive is they did include some freebies like pink peppers and clear ones. And staff was friendly. But they should be on top of tracking numbers and updating website to know what's out of stock. Not waiting for you to order to be told we are out of stock. The main reason I bought from you is site says in stock.

I always get a call from one of the staff letting me know that they don't have one of the items I ordered and they offer me a substitution. Staff are friendly, the website is nice and easy to use. Overall, pretty good experiences.
