They took my money and never provided the course that I have paid for, I also asked for a refund and still waiting,...they will keep calling to get you later to get signed up for more classes...beware people...I DO NOT Recommend...Stay AWAY!!

I took this course as the reviews i read said it was a great class and it helped a lot of people get their tickets. They weren't wrong! @Supneet is very knowledgeable about the trades and is very driven on making sure everyone passes. She is very easy to talk to and if your not getting something she puts in the extra work to help you understand it, even after class is over or if its the weekend, she's there to help! I took the course 4 years ago and passed my red seal with confidence. Going into the exam I was feeling confident already from everything i learned in the course. Passing that course helped me to achieve my goals and get to where i am now, which is an electrical superintendent/estimator for a large electrical outfit. I highly recommend this course to anyone who needs that extra little help to pass their red seal in whichever trade you are going after!

Things that disappointed me were the lack of communication received, the fact that the practice exams don't follow the CEC code (completely different answers). Also that they expect you to dish out $500-600 for their moodle material after the month long course to continue using the resources you purchased. Overall I've heard that UFV and BCIT have much better prep courses, in hindsight wish I had thought it through before settling with this place...

The course is logical broken down into regulation and code chapters, heavy calculation chapters were strategically timed. If you put the effort into the recommended homework between classes you will come to class prepared to learn and set to clarify any queries. Training also included timed mock exams to help me prepare for exam conditions. I found this 6 week course an invaluable tool in preparation for my exam.

The instructor was excellent, going the extra mile to explain why the code rules exist rather than simply telling students what the code rules are. She was also very willing to give extra help outside of class time. You will not have an instructor with more knowledge of code, theory, and the electrical trade.
