There's so much variety I usually don't see at other pet stores and it's really convenient that they deliver all over lower mainland. My dog recently developed stomach sensitivities. The owner helped me find treats and food that actually work for my dog! I strongly recommend this place for any pet owner looking for variety, convenience, and knowledgeable staff.

I found it at Orico and even though it wasn't in stock they went out of their way to get it into the store for me very quickly. Customer service is very nice and gets back to you right away. Highly reccomend supporting this store for your pet needs. I will be recommending friends to look into the store and will be coming back!

I am amazed of the quality of products this store has and the kind and knowledgable staff (owner?) the young lady had. I felt welcomed the minute I walked in the place. This is the shop to go to if you care about your pets. Not like those big box pet supply companies in town that are selling dangerous goods. This store in a delight and a gem to visit!!!1

I came with my friend to pick up some pet food, and were not sure which product is the better fit for the cat, and whether some toys are adequate for the kitty as well. So we went up and asked! the staff patiently walked us through the different type of cat food and toys, and asked us 5~7 questions to understand what may be the better fit! (instead of just hard selling) appreciate the staff time and will definitely come back again!
