1. Unhelpful and unprofessional management.
2. refused to return my joining fee after i was prohibited to train there because of the covid mandate.
3. was only a member for 2 months and instead of being reasonable, they decided to be greedy and keep my money.
4. refused to respond to my emails requesting a refund after cancelling my membership.
5. this gym is severely overpriced considering the size and amount of equipment available.
way better gym and prices at Cave Athletics, a few block away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is reasonable. Gets crowded during peak hours otherwise it is ok. There should also be a proper way of communication. I have never received any sort of emails regarding holiday hours/ gym closure or opening.

I would recommend this Gym to Everyone.
Sukhjit and all Other staff members are really good in customer service and Very polite all the time.
