A	Alxs Ness on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bring my shy/anxious terrier cross here all the time for nail trims. The groomer is gentle and patient with him and completes the nail trims quickly. This is also my top spot for getting his dog food and treats. Pet solutions is a great local, family run shop!

She’s an extremely anxious dog BUT Kelly(the groomer) and Jonathan and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to give her the groom groom that no other place would ever do due to her anxiety. They are soooooo sweet, helpful and most of all understanding. I cannot thank them enough for accepting my dog for a groom!
L	Lauren Missy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews for grooming at Pet Solutions are very good. So we thought we’d give this place a try for our black miniature poodle who we recently adopted. This was her first grooming session in Canada - She came back with a great haircut however we were not happy with the nail clipping part… I believe the groomer had accidentally cut one of the nail a shy bit too short-right UP to (not into) her quick. She was not bleeding at the groomers but once she arrived home and went for her afternoon walk we noticed blood under one of her nail. All the other nails were at appropriate lengths. I understand nails naturally trim with walking but either way blood should not be a result post nail trimming.. I am sure the groomer was well experienced (hence the good ratings) and we understand black nails are trickier to cut. It was just very unfortunate that we personally did not have a good first experience after Mango received her first grooming - which is why we can only give a 3 star.. We would love to try coming back again for a second chance and perhaps even give a higher rating next time, If all goes well for Mango :)
V	Victoria Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in looking for travel carriers for my furbabies, no expectations. A young man helped me to the best of his abilities, really trying to listen to my needs. Furthermore, when I went back the next day asking to exchange the carriers for something else, they were nice about it! The woman took me to the back, advised me on sizing, and let me put my dogs into the carrier the check for sizing. When it was time to refund the price difference, one employee asked if they could give my dogs a treat, while the kind older man helped the woman issue me the refund. It was simply a nice experience in general. This place is better than any Petsmart or Bosley's that I have been to. It's not as flashy, but has a really friendly "hometown" feel to it that I appreciated. Plus they seem to have everything. Even tiny slicker brushes, perfect for travel! I've included a photo of my doggos in their new travel carrier, which I would highly suggest for people with small dogs. Both sides have extendable mesh pullouts. Super cool.

J	Justin Reimer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a Labradoodle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! This was our first puppy haircut experience and we were a bit nervous. I had asked them to give him just a trim, and to keep his snout small at the eyes and large at the nose. (The picture with the toys is what he looked like 6weeks prior to this appointment) After an hour and 15 minutes later, Pet solutions made a 4 1/2 month old puppy look like a sad 12 year old dog. Absolute hack job! We realize he’s a puppy and was probably moving around getting used to the noises and such, but why cut so much off?? And why didn’t you listen to what we had asked for? You just assumed he was a “doodle” and made him look horrible. We’re all still stunned. Even the cut is all over the place, uneven, and completely messy. Still can’t believe they made me pay for this. Just brutal. Horrible experience.
