★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a problem with....you have been preaporoved for a loan. Even though I have had dealing with them for a long time and they update my information every 3 months they still wanted all the information to be sent in again. Being mobility challenged and the covid stuff its not easy to get all the information they required again. And doesn't preapproved mean your already approved based on the information they already have??? Other than that I have had no problems.
