★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely 5-star worthy! Bev De Vos was great to work with! From start to finish took less than 10 business days to receive the funds. As for all of the 1-star ratings, yes there are costs associated with any type of loan. Alpine does not attempt to hide these. As for the home inspection coming out of your pocket, well that is standard procedure. This is not meant to be a long term loan. It should be a year long, then during the 30 day pay off window, you roll it back into your 1st mortgage. Anyway, I appreciate how fast and efficient this process was!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After you have finished using the services of Alpine Credit, when it comes to paying your loan in full, there has been zero support or response. They'd love to hold onto your debt as long as possible to gain interest. I want out. YESTERDAY. WITH FEES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I requested a mortgage from the above, I was deducted for more than 10,000 for the service fees which I do understand. When I paid if off on March 18/2022, I was charged for the whole amount plus accrued interest up to April 22/2022. In other words I was charged double of the amount for service fees, not only that, I was even over charged for what I supposed to pay, obviously I was not able to get my money back. My lawyer told me that this private lender is the worst of all.
I just want to let people know that if they are going to borrow money from the private lender, be careful, and ask them for all the details as possible.
