★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first heard about Ryan mortgage from a friend who had invested $150,000.00 .
It's been 2 years now and my friend has received a monthly payment of approx $1100.00 .
Also every year he has received a bonus on his funds that has amounted to almost $2,000.00 , so now he has $152,000.00 approx..
2019 he received I believe a 9.78% return on his money.
Had he not taken the monthly payments his total investment would have been close to $180,000.00 not bad !
I have personally met with some of the staff at Ryan mortgage and they were all very professional including Mr. Matthew Boulton vp Fund Management , Masumi Ward their Corporate Secretary and her assistant Eloho Egbedi, BA Investor Relations .
All of them explained in detail how their company plan works and I was impressed how my rrsp and tfsa can be accessed through an affiliate trust company portal so that I can check on my funds 24-7.
This is a family run business that started around I believe 1969 under a different name but same owners and has continually expanded !
Needless to say I was very impressed with their service so far!
