Don't bother using the drive through here. Its rarely ever in service and when it is in service, it never has printing paper to print your transaction record. Overall, I hate coming to this location

WARNING..... I wanted to bring to your attention a issue that vancity bank is having that they don't want their members to find out about. Today I went online to viewing my bank account with them to find that for some reason they had a hold on over 200$ of my funds which were ok yesterday to take out. After I had went to the central city location to find out why this was the only thing Mimi one of the managers could tell me was that vancity is having a major glitch with their system which for no reason goes around putting holds on their members accounts. She also informed me they have known about this issue for a while now but didn't feel it would be important to inform their members like me until it unfortunately happens to the members account. To me this is unacceptable and not how business should be done. I suggested she inform the members and got not one comment from her she sat there quiet with look on her face that said she knew that was the right thing to do but she won't do it. She offered to advance me the 200$ that were frozen by over riding it until they clear it from being frozen which would have over drafted my account, I said no because it would have cost me more and it wasn't a answer to the original issue to begin with. They did nothing for me and didn't even give me a end date that they should have it unfrozen by. I have never felt so let down by my bank ever in the decade I have used this bank as I do today and I hate that I got no answers to help ease this misshap that had nothing to do with me except for the fact that I was the one that was randomly selected to be screwed today by a "computer".

Staff are always nice I wish they will extended there hours as well during weekdays. CC Bank now closes 8pm. Convinient for workers like me who works in the office hours

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Sometimes the lineups are long but there are no lineups lots of times that I am there. I much prefer dealing with credit unions over the big banks. This is my favourite of all the banks and credit unions in Central City/Whalley and I have been to them all!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Location is usually crowded, staff does what they can to speed things along, sometimes even pulling people out of the lines and into the offices to get them helped faster. Drive-thru atm is handy. Location is a bit too small considering how many people use it.

Sure drive thru is great BUT this branch has THE WORST customer service out of all the branches I've been to, the only thing they're consistent with is giving me a bad banking experience. The line is always long, and sure I can be patient but it's never enough because most of the time the staff do not know what they're doing and asks everybody around. "How do u make a new account, how do i do this or that?" A worker asks another busy worker.Thanks for making sure you're helping me right but CAN YOU HAVE MORE TRAINED TELLERS?!?how can I be confident in vancity if their workers are like this? they make the institute look bad. A simple card replacement can take 30 minutes! So much for being convenient, sent me to another branch because they CAN'T HELP they said. Well then, thank you for wasting my time!

Terrible experience, i walked in wearing my face shield and not the fabric mask due to personal medical issues, Keelie Davis started to bully me and give me a terrible attitude for my choice of face mask? She then continued to ask the clerk that was assisting me for my personal information which is an invasion of privacy!!

I don’t understand why everyone complaining so much about the line up. I mean it’s not that only this branch has long waiting times there far more other branches that have same issue β€œnot only Vancity.” Besides that there is a drive through which is convenient. The staff are always nice and helpful. I think they are doing a grate job.
