β β β β β 3rd time I come to this location 1 HOUR before closing and they donβt have pearls, maybe they should start making more so they donβt run out of them every single day. I wouldnβt donβt recommend, go to another location or donβt get bbt at all.

β β β β β I came here quite sometimes cuz this was the only chatime on the East. But the drink tonight was bad. It tastes so plain, feel like just a cup of water with couple drops of syrup, no tea taste. Bubbles inside were hard. Idk if it was bad timing or bad choice. Disappointed

β β β β β Another great place to get some boba. Spacious interior makes it a good place to enjoy your drink.
I usually get the roasted milk tea with pudding. No sugar no ice. Itβs the best Iβve had so far compared to the other boba places. The pudding here is the best. Bubble world or pearl fever coco etc. All their pudding has the consistency of jelly but chatime pudding is the best.

β β β β β I went to this location because I was so excited for the BT21 Kosmos drink, but they didn't have the cups. So I figured they'd at least give us the cards that came with the cup, but we didn't get that either. Okay, I understand that due to high demand, you may run out at times. So we decided to get something different, but they were out of a bunch of items, so we had to adjust our order yet again. It wasn't just us; while we were waiting for our drinks, the following customers were in a similar situation, having to adjust their orders three times since they didn't have what they needed. As a result, I was quite disappointed because I came a long way to this location and ended up getting nothing.

β β β β β One of our go to places for chai time in Surrey. Consistent each time we go and to other stores with fresh pearls/jelly. Always fast and get to order and go right away. Always order mango qq (one of my favourites) and the Thai milk tea is always good here as well-another favourite on the list. Roasted brown rice milk tea is another good one!
