I will buy my coffee and snacks from city hall cafe. At least they serve water when you ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service I've ever had in my life. Everything was okay when I went there few times about an year ago, but the service now is the worst in Metro Vancouver. Can't imagine how they keep this kind of staff who doesn't have any sense of talking to customers. So sad there is "no star" option for the service which doesn't deserve any star at all. The short asian woman who has yellow hair is very rude and she doesn't want to get bothered when she is talking with her friend. Looks very annoyed and talks even worse. So be careful when you want a coffee and if she is there. You might gonna ruin your whole day.
She shouldn't show her irritation to the customers when they come in and needs to learn how to ask what the problem is and what they need for that NOT IN A RUDE WAY. The one star reviews here were ALL TRUE. And so sure that some people who left five stars have been helped by someone else, not her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the lady that works here has served me a number of times and I've left feeling great after every visit. She's very helpful & sweet, and suggested some great drinks to me as well. Keep being awesome!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very disappointing in terms of service. The lady with the Bluetooth piece in her ear looked very irritated when I had ask for a water cup. Her reply was, "Sweetie, there are two water fountains now, you can go drink from the new one, you don't need a water cup you understand what I'm saying? Now normally I would let it go, it's just water after all but her absolutely appalling behavior and on top of that her passive aggressiveness makes me no longer want to even go near their café. Very disappointing, would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady that served me was really sweet and kind ! She offered insight on the drinks that I didn't know and it was overall a really good experience ! I ordered a Vanilla Latte and it was delicious! 5/5 costumer service/quality.
