Y	Yang Shi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great view, convenient to grocery stores. But there is unstop high frequency noise for high stories, which is from the roof of adjacent building.
E	Em on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location. Basic & small gym area with a sauna and steam room. Nice amenity room - good for studying. Little private playground for kids. Concierge does not accept packages, only residents on the top 27 floors are allowed on the rooftop, grass area (above ground level) that looks like it’s made for dogs has become a ‘no dogs allowed‘ area.

R	Rick Dhaliwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, just don't like the fact how only 27th floor and up are allowed on the rooftop patio. when we bought into this building, it was advertised for everyone and anyone. we need this changed, even if they would allow any tenant in the building to private rent the roof top, would be nice.
L	Logan row on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this place. The units are nice and modern and the front desk personnel are very nice, in fact most of them are super helpful and they make the building better. The gym is decent and has basic equipment. Sometimes the hallways smell like curry, but I think the carpets absorb the smell. When staff clean the carpets, the place smells great. Overall, it’s a good place.

Great amenities including the entire top floor with insane views and large gym, sauna, steam room, and several small offices perfect for coworking. Situated next to the SkyTrain and the best civic amenities in surrey including the library, the plaza, central city mall, and recreation center.

Management is not willing to install cameras in the garage, claiming that no other buildings around Surrey have that kind of a system. (there are security cameras in P1 only). Concierge is often kind and helpful but they can only do so much. Building managers are unprofessional and lack humanity. After emailing them about a couple of times they still have the courage to ask what is your solution/ suggestion? How about reading the emails first then trying to solve the issues? You can find safer condos to live around the neighbourhood. Instead of solving your problems, they will victim blame you.

But in terms of fixtures, Terrible choice of dishwasher(top load drawer type), easy to get mold at the bottom puddle, cannot rinse the dishes well probably due to the size, hard to remove or replace the machine too. Washer and dryer sticking out of closet, cannot fully close closet door. Shower shelf installed too close to shower head, leaves you little room to move. Also recycling/compost and garbage room are not in the same level, inconvenient. If it is not the bldg code issue, will choose ultra over prime
