★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taxes for my incorporation for 4 years and I am very upset that the taxes for this year has not been done in spite of repeated follow-ups all the way from Jan till Apr. The most upsetting part this year is that i was not given any indication that the tax submissions will take time or we go till this last minute. Had I known earlier, I would have sought alternative options. Its a let down and mental stress in the last minute when the taxes are almost due. Very unprofessional Management. I had agreed to pay the service fees but no services till the last minute. What is the point of being with for 4 years when one is not able to set the right expectations to their customers? Its as simple as I don't know or I can't do till this date message that they should have given instead of no response as I am not sure if i should see other vendors.
