★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan Urbani the owner is so amazing! Our doggo Mowgli had allergies since he was a pup. Our vet never picked up on it. Dan helped us choose the right products for our dog. And is so much healthier and happier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan (the owner) worked with me a few years back to find the right for my dogs allergy problems. My dog is now off all steroids and medication from the vet and his skin has never been in better condition.
Dan has recently supported me to find the right food for my picky kitten who hasn’t been well. He genuinely seems to care about her health.
In less then two weeks she is eating more, digestive health is better and she sure appears happier.
Thank you for you support Dan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I just got my puppy yesterday and forgot to buy pee pads so I went in to the Petcetera in the mall. Well let me tell you! I spoke with a very nice man named Dan and he is actually the ceo of the company! He took the time to explain any and everything I asked and he put me at ease! He even gave my puppy a toy and some treats! The prices are amazing and I really suggest if you have animals you should get your goods there! Thanks Dan! We will see you guys soon! Highly reccomend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible store . My mother bought my 4 month old puppy a bed on sale from 120$ to 60$ and my puppy tore it apart in literally TWO minutes . We’ve bought beds from winners before and even those she wasn’t able to tear apart . She’s a puppy so I know she’s an aggressive chewer and she’s teething so we have plenty of toys but I can’t believe the price and how POOR the quality of the bed was for this to happen. Not only that, the manager spoke to my mother and wouldn’t offer any refund or even exchange !!! They said they won’t take responsibility and to go shop at winners then. Talk about RUDE!!!! I’ve never had an issue like this at any other pet store we shop at Bosley’s , tisol, and pet smart in park royal. You can even read the reviews I’ve left them. 5 starts. Excellent experience. Save your money folks and shop elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in the other day looking for treats for my dog. The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a shame that I found him very abrasive. He was so busy saying things like, "you'll get mad at me for saying this but the food you give your dog is garbage" that I couldn't even finish asking my question. I would've love to receive a reccomendation for a dog food from him as he seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. But he seemed more interested in telling us what we were doing wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me tell you!! This is the BEST store for your pets. Before I met Dan my kitten was in and out of the vets for indigestion. A vet was even recommending surgery… I just didn’t feel that was right. Tried everything on the market but he was still getting sick after he ate. Dan recommended wet pumpkin and chicken canned food and VOILA! So clean. So good for his stomach. Even increased the health of my older cat. You can ONLY get it from Petcetera! I get non carcinogenic tofu flushable litter from there as well. With my long hair kitten that was a game changer and I know I’m keeping us healthier. He is so knowledgeable. Every time I have anything going on with my cats or dog, I come by the shop. He takes on an holistic approach it’s been working wonders. I feel as though I was lost before him. Thank you so much Petcetera and Dan for everything. I appreciate and love you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a lovely experience at Petcetera earlier today! I came in to browse around and I had a good chat with Dan about pugs as he recommended a few different products that are great for the breed. Needless to say our pug loved his new toy hedgehog. :) I’ll definitely be coming back!
