I have been coming here for over three years now, with my dog Diesel and my needs have been met every single time. Susi the owner is exceptionally skilled and knowledgable in her field and scope of practice. I do not hesitate to recommend her and her business to other's that are seeking information on various topics in caring for their pets. Susi is a wonderful, kind and caring individual as well as portraying the highest level of professionalism that I have ever seen. She cares for her community as well as all her customer's as if they were family. She has made sure that everyone and their pets have been taken care of for all their needs throughout these past two years of the Covid Pandemic. 5 STARS definetly ! ❤?❤

I would like to caution anyone making false ratings themselves or on behalf of others to please be aware that negatively affecting a business and someone’s reputation is actionable. Susi has been a staple in the community providing personal and professional service to pet owners for many years. To see her 5 star rating drop is surprising and doesn’t seem an accurate reflection on herself or her business. Reviews are not a platform for personal vendettas.
I have shopped with business owner Susi for over 12 years. She has helped me with a variety of nutritional needs across three dogs in that time. I have experienced nothing but the highest service standards, product knowledge and food recommendations - she’s made it easy to refer friends! As a member of the pet industry in the past year I also acknowledge the stores focus on optimal nutrition and carrying a broad range of the top brands. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to Susi if you need help with your pets nutrition - she is friendly, welcoming and will work with you to find the right fit. Great store with excellent service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been shopping with Bark Avenue and with Susi for I'd say at least 12 years! She is full of knowledge, and I trust whatever she puts on the shelf is save and healthy for my two dogs. My dogs love her and love to visit her. She knows her stuff and stands behind anything she sells. Highly recommend her to any fur mamas out there looking for the best nutrition for their fur babies.

My baby was having an issue which had our vet stumped. I explained it to Susi and she explained the why and what may be going on with Sutton. Susi suggested a change in his diet. It was an instant healing for Sutton. THANK YOU Susi.

Susie was more than helpful, she guided me in the healthy nutritional needs of my puppy. If it wasn't for Susi, Enchante would not be the remarkable healthy dog she is today. I am so grateful for everything she has done. I have never had this kind of service from any other merchant in the community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is really wonderful. My old dog has kidney disease and I've tried him on a few foods that are low protein. She's so accommodating if something doesn't work. He's now doing great on a food she recommended and he loves it! Very happy to have found this great store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to see Susi at Bark Ave for all of my dog/cat food needs for a few years now. I wish I had the words to express my level of gratitude for having Susi in my life. Susi has given me some incredible nutritional advice for my dog (who has every issue under the sun) over the years. He used to have ongoing GI issues that couldn't be resolved. After getting him onto a raw diet, he hasn't had any allergy or GI issues for years now! She has also been a sounding board for many other animal related issues and has never steered me wrong. Susi is an absolute wealth of information as well as a kind hearted, generous and empathetic human. The personalized service you receive at Bark Ave is nothing like what you get in the box stores. She actually cares about you and your pet. I feel lucky to have her as part of my community and feel honored to call her my friend.
It blows my mind that there would even be a single negative review on here for Bark Ave, but I guess it just goes to show that there are some troubled people out there who like to try and stir up drama. The multitude of glowing reviews on here truly represent Susi and her business. Definitely check out Bark Ave if you want to get your pet on the right diet to give him a long and healthy life ❤
