D	Deven Letain on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I plus a friend were shopping here for fish supplies (we bought a filter, media and some fish food) April 25/22. At 8:26 an employee named Ian came up to us, mind you there were multiple people/groups of people in the store at the time, he came up to us as we were shopping and told us he was going to escort us out of the store(in a hostile manner). At that point I asked him why? He explained that they were closed and I had pointed out to him it was only 8:36. He seemed embarrassed and would not speak to me after literally running away to the back room where he was exclaiming he was being harassed by me. Completely unacceptable behaviour from an employee. Never returning to this location.

R	Rachel Czifra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to Pet Smart today to buy a carrying case and really found it to be a cheerful and pleasant store. Dog owners and their furry friends were in many of the isles - there is an energetic environment with lots going on. The store offers training and grooming and arranges to help adoptions for animals at the SPCA. There’s such a wide variety of every pet need, from food to toys and litter and more. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to this pet store and will go back again often for sure.
S	Susan G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grooming what can I say: all of the grooming department is wonderful. Colin being exceptional! My dog was not a fan of getting her nails done but Colin has changed that. As soon as we drive up she gets so excited and loud as she can hardly wait to go inside to see Colin, who she covers in kisses. Oh yeah and her nails are perfect every time.

I don't like the layout of the store, the appearance is dismal and not much in the way of clothes for your pet. The staff are helpful when asked a question. The Langley store is so much better in my opinion

I chose to go to petsmart because it is more convenient and closer, as well they had an opening before Christmas were my groomer did not. It was easy to book an appointment and drop off was easy. At drop off I asked for him to be cleaned up kind of like an Aussie cut. An hour and a half later they called me saying he was ready. I have to express the staff was very friend and kind with him. At pick up my dog was very happy and in good health. When getting into the car I noticed how choppy the cut was. For $70 and an hour and a half, I am very unhappy with how he looks. This is not an Aussie look his groin is cut so short, the feathers on his front legs are choppy. I’m sad looking at him. I will not be going back. The groomer I was going to before costs $45 at most, he would be the only dog and she would take an hour and did an amazing job. I’ve attached photos of the butcher job.

I went to pick up my 9 month old pup and he cried and jump over their gate to get to me. He cried on his way home and was shy. Getting home I realized they filed or grinded his nail to the quick. I don't believe those teenagers have a lot experience. His hair looked fried also. This was my first and last experience using their services in Maple Ridge. I will stick to Coquitlam.
